Amanda: Largo, FL; As a mom, former elementary school teacher, and Registered Children's Yoga Teacher, I bring a complete kids' yoga class to you! My classes are full of songs, games, stories, and imagination. Children who practice yoga gain strength, flexibility, confidence, and a sense of calm.

Kidding Around Yoga

I am trained in “Kidding Around Yoga tm.” Kidding Around Yoga is a style of yoga that was created by Haris Lender, ERYT 500. KAY includes ALL 5 branches of the Science of Yoga in a very clear and organized class. In a typical KAY class the children are singing, dancing, jogging, laughing, and storytelling ALL while practicing yoga. It is SO much fun—your little one will LOVE it!!
